Loaded Hummus Naan

Do you ever have leftover meat that you don’t know what to do with. Sure, you could make a salad, a sandwich, or many other combinations, but how about loading it up on some naan with hummus?!

This may be one of my favorite ways to use leftovers, and an easy way to use hummus. Customize to your liking and enjoy!


This recipe takes:

  • 10-15 inutes


Ingredients

  • 1 naan

  • 1 tbsp hummus

  • 1/4 cup leftover meat, shredded or chopped

Your choice of toppings!

  • Shredded lettuce

  • Tomato

  • Onion

  • Hot sauce

  • Avocado

Let’s get cookin’!

  1. Reheat leftovers! On a pan, in the oven, or in the microwave, reheat your leftover meat.

  2. Toast naan! In a toaster or oven, place your naan in and let it toast. You don’t want to toast it enough to the point where it is crunchy, just warm and sturdy enough to hold your toppings!

  3. Chop up your toppings! You may have leftovers from the night before, but if not, let’s prepare some toppings! Chop up some tomato and onion, slice some avocado, and prepare any other toppings you have chosen.

  4. Assemble! Once everything is prepared, spread hummus onto the naan, add your leftover meat, and add your toppings.

  5. Enjoy! Eat your leftovers in a unique and tasty way; get creative and enjoy!
