Do you ever crave Thai peanut noodles from your favorite restaurant but are not sure how to recreate it at home? Or are all of the Peanut Noodle recipes online have WAY too many ingredients? This recipe only uses 3 ingredients (maybe 4 is you add some toppings) and takes barely any time!

This may seem like a strange combination, but trust me, anyone that has tried these noodles have been swayed after their first bite. Hope you all enjoy!

Let’s get cookin’!

  1. Cook your noodles! Boil your water and cook your noodles according to the package instructions (usually 8-12 minutes).

  2. Prepare. As your noodles are cooking, grab a bowl and add your soy sauce. For the peanut butter, I have a great tip to make mixing much easier! Scoop up about 1 tbsp of peanut butter onto a fork, and place the fork (with the peanut butter still on it) into the bowl. Leave in there until your noodles are cooked.

  3. Add your noodles! With your fork-full of peanut butter still in the bowl, add your drained noodles with a very small amount of the water you used to cook the noodles. Let sit for about 30 seconds; this will allow the peanut butter to melt and it will be much easier to mix into the noodles!

  4. Mix, top, and enjoy! Mix in your peanut butter and soy sauce, add EBTB seasoning if desired, and enjoy! Quick, simple, and delicious :)
