Easy Yogurt Parfait

I am ALWAYS looking for new and simple ways to fit in breakfast on busy days. When I eat a nutritious, filling breakfast, I feel like I have so much more energy and am in a much lighter, more positive mood. This breakfast comes together in just a few minutes and is easy to eat, even on those chaotic days!


This recipe takes:

  • 2-10 minutes


Ingredients

  • 4-6 oz of yogurt

  • 1/3 cup blueberries (or any other berry if you prefer!)

  • 1/3 cup Morning Summit cereal (other cereals will work too, but this is my favorite in a parfait!)

How to make a copy-cat Morning Summit cereal:

  • Mix together chosen cereal (ideally in the shape of flakes), almonds, pumpkin seeds, and chopped dried fruit


This recipe feeds:

  • 1 person


Let’s get cookin’!

  1. Scoop out yogurt. Choose your yogurt flavor and lay in flat in a small bowl.

  2. Layer on your toppings! Add your berries and cereal (whether premade or mixed by yourself) on top of the yogurt.
